- BOXIT-10.ZIP Quickly add boxes & lines to your text files
-
- BOXIT is a character-based box drawing program with a few text-editing
- features. All types of single-line and double-line boxes can be created
- with BOXIT, using a simple two-step process. First, a block is highlighted
- on the screen by marking the upper-left and lower-right corners, then a
- draw command is selected to create a box. After boxes are drawn, they can
- be saved to a file and then imported to your text-processor. Or, if your
- text-processor has a screen capture feature, you can "cut & paste" boxes
- directly from the screen. When boxes overlap, the intersections are joined.
-
- BOXIT can be used for drawing four types of boxes for use in flow diagrams,
- organizational charts, forms, documents, software documentation, or
- whatever need arises where boxes are needed. Line drawing, grid display,
- and text editing is also featured, such as: Delete, Undo, Mask, Save screen
- and Write block. Use the ALT key to access a second set of commands - fully
- displayed in a "live" menu. For fun, press ALT-F1 thru ALT-F4 for automatic
- box drawing - eventually a brick wall pattern will emerge.
