  17. has a large collection of PD and shareware PC programs which are
  18. available by anonymous FTP (file transfer program) and by mail
  19. server for those who do not have FTP capability.  This whoiswho.txt
  20. file gives information on the moderators of Garbo archives, and
  21. their specialities so that you know whom to contact with your
  22. potential queries.  (There is more information for uploaders in
  23. /pc/UPLOAD.INF which you should see before uploading to
  24. garbo.uwasa.fi archives).
