  189. SIMTEL20 allows only nine ANONYMOUS FTP logins during weekday prime
  190. time, 5am to 3pm Mountain Time (GMT-7), but 27 otherwise.

  200. OAK.Oakland.Edu is the most up-to-date mirror because I maintain it,
  201. in addition to my duties at SIMTEL20.  I run OAK's mirror program
  202. whenever new files are added at SIMTEL20.

  204. If you cannot access them via FTP or e-mail, most SIMTEL20 MSDOS
  205. files, including the PC-Blue collection, are also available for
  206. downloading from Detroit Download Central (313) 885-3956.  DDC
  207. has multiple lines which support 300/1200/2400/9600/14400 bps
  208. (103/212/V22bis/HST/V32bis/V42bis/MNP).  This is a subscription system
  209. with an average hourly cost of 17 cents.  It is also accessable on
  210. Telenet via PC Pursuit and on Tymnet via StarLink outdial.  New files
  211. uploaded to SIMTEL20 are usually available on DDC within 24 hours.

  214. the SIMTEL20 MS-DOS collection in CD-ROM format bundled with library
  215. card-catalog type access and duplication software can contact Coyote
