  19. TIP for AppBar is a wastebasket program for Windows 3.1 and above.
  20. Placed on one of AppBar's buttons (AppBar is a NeXT-inspired launcher
  21. written by Geert van Kempen, NL), the program will be activated by
  22. either dropping files from the File Manager, or by a single mouse click
  23. to show the recoverable files. AppBar will update it's icon to show the
  24. state of the TIP (empty/some files/lots of files etc).

  26. TIP will keep track of the directories the 'deleted' files come from,
  27. so unless you change this information, recovering a file means putting it
  28. back to it's original place.

  30. Version 1.51 fixes some bugs from version 1.3 - it will now force you to
  31. set a "TIP directory" before the program will operate, and the handling
  32. of read-only and system files has been improved.  Two versions: one uses
  33. Borland Dialogue boxes and needs BWCC.DLL.  The program will also work
  34. with other lauchers like Dropper etc.  FREEWARE.
