  19. email).  Taking the look before uploading rather that after will
  20. make everyone's life slightly more convenient.

  22. The reason for the request is that we have recently have had an
  23. increasing number of noncorforming uploads and announcements.  It is
  24. a waste of your and our time if they end up discarded, or if those
  25. uploads, which are particularly for my attention, end up at the end
  26. of the month(s) long backlog.
