- If you use Emacs with Ange-ftp (unix-flavour only?) you will find that
- at least point 2 and 3 are present. It also allows the
- machine:/whatever method of doing ftp. I use it all the time, and it is
- great for browsing a server, marking all the wanted files, and getting
- them all in one go, while doing something else.

- It is, however, requiering you to use Yet Another Editor. This limits
- its usabillity somewhat. :-(
