  11. This is in response to the Amdhal mainframe debate.
  12. Please note that the mainframes need terminals which can be huge. The PCs do
  13. not take up much space and can be positioned such that it does not take up
  14. any more desktop space so if we were to take out the terminal consideration
  15. from the mainframes, then PCs need no room space at all.
  16.     I thought this is obvious and could be the reason for the demise of
  17. mainframes. Customers know best.
