  12. I have two questions regarding multiported RAMs:

  14. 1)  At what point does the arbitration for access to the RAM occur, outside
  15. the RAM, or at the actual address bit?
  16.  
  17. 2)  How are simultaneous accesses to the same addresses handled in the:
  18.  
  19.     a) read-read case
  20.  
  21.     b) read-write case
  22.  
  23.     c) write-write case,
  24.  
  25. where read-read implies two processors reading from the same location, etc.
