- The best knowledge base shell, I think, is the Eclipse, the
- product of The Haley Enterprise. Eclipse has similar syntax of
- Clips and can run under DOS, Windows, and Unix. Within Eclipse,
- you can have Case-based Reasoner, Dynamic Data Exchange,
- interfaces for C, C++ and Pascal and can naccess to dBase.
