  13. The best knowledge base shell, I think, is the Eclipse, the 
  14. product of The Haley Enterprise. Eclipse has similar syntax of 
  15. Clips and can run under DOS, Windows, and Unix. Within Eclipse,
  16. you can have Case-based Reasoner, Dynamic Data Exchange, 
  17. interfaces for C, C++ and Pascal and can naccess to dBase.

  19. From my experience, it is better than ART-IM, Kappa, OPS/83.
