  12. Hi netters, I am currently researching into the recurrent neural net.
  13. Have anyone come across source code which implement the Real Time
  14. Recurrent Learning by William and Zipser or any program that are able to
  15. implement flexible and partial recurrent nets ?  If you do, please
  16. do leave a note of where I can get the source... any help is greatly
  17. appreciated... thanks
