  11. If you've been in the city recently you can't help but notice vendors
  12. selling Streetwise, a newspaper published to help the homeless. I seem
  13. to recall reading an article on Streetwise saying that out of the dollar
  14. purchase price 25 cents goes to the publisher and 75 cents goes to the
  15. vendor, a homeless person. That's fine and dandy, but I continualy see
  16. "homeless" vendors with $200 gym shoes and leather coats - what gives?
