  19. "can soon expect to be"?  If there's going to be power lines, why
  20. are "they" planning on building more houses?  Once the lines are up,
  21. they won't have further impact on future residential development,
  22. with the exception of eating into a developers profit margins a bit.
  23. As someone who grew up in DuPage county, watching all the farms disappear,
  24. I must admit this wouldn't disappoint me in the least.
