  16.     24th floor -- glorious views in all rooms
  17.     large living/dining room
  18.     large kitchen
  19.     plenty of cheap laundry facilities  (.50/wash .25/dry)
  20.     24 hour doorman
  21.     air conditioning
  22.     heat, ac and gas included
  23.     very secure building--not one break in for entire complex in 20 years
  24.     very clean, no bugs--none
  25.     responsive, helpful maintenance people
  26.     very nice neighbors
  27.     very quiet building--I don't think I've ever heard a neighbor, although
  28.         I can hear the elevator and the IC train
  29.     cabled building
  30.     master antenna free if you don't want cable
  31.     indoor parking available for something like $30/month 
  32.     It's located in Kenwood
  33.     the address is 4850 S. Lake Park  (Lake Park runs next to the IC tracks)
  34.     It has a beautiful completely unobstructed south view--very sunny.
  35.     It's on the evening U of C bus lines
  36.     Pets aren't allowed, but people sometimes get away with cats.
  37.     Gas stove and oven, wooden kitchen cabinets, freezer is not frost-free
  38.     brown vinyl floor--no carpeting

  40.     excellent water pressure--truly unlimited hot water

  43. Now here's the real reason to want this apartment:  the rent is $418! 
  44. Yes, for both bedrooms!  I've lived in it alone for
  45. the past several years, and it's wonderful.  The rent increases are
  46. modest--generally withing $10 each year.  Last year my rent actually
  47. went down by $3 !  It's a great apartment.  It's worth breaking your
  48. lease for.  It is available Feb. 1--that's one week from today!
