  40. Since you didn't answer my question I will rephrase it. Do you belong to a 
  41. union and been involved in a ratification process?

  43. DO you know how unions operate. Many Unions in their own 
  44. constitution call for a secret ballot on elections and other votes. In fact 
  45. there is more democracy in a union than in most organizations I know.

  47. The secret ballot on certification is a bit of red herring. If an individual 
  48. does not wish to join a union or have one in the workplace they do not have 
  49. to sign a card. Its as simple as that.

  51. And dont bother with responding with the "union intimidation" defense used 
  52. by opponents of unions. Usually the intimidation comes from the company not 
  53. the unions. I know I was there.
