  19. POSITION:             Software Manager

  21. SALARY:               Commensurate with experience

  25. EDUCATION:            Computer Science, Engineer or
  26.                       equivalent experience

  28. REQUIREMENTS:       - Windows 3.1, OS/2, Windows NT
  29.                       (asset) at the display driver
  30.                       level.
  31.                     - Strong management skills (15

  33.                     - Hands-on development.

  35. RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Oversee scheduling and resource
  36.                       allocation for the development
  37.                       and support of Windows 3.1, Windows
  38.                       NT and OS/2 display drivers.
