- Applicants must hold a doctorate degree in chemistry from a recognized
- institution, and should exhibit an extensive postdoctoral history of
- specialization and achievement in catalytic pulping. Thorough familiarity
- with chemical pulping, in particular Organosolv and other modern processes is
- essential, as is practical experience with enzymatic or microbial fermentation
- processes. A detailed knowledge of wood chemistry and associated analytical
- techniques is desirable.
