- my trouble... a book and two disks. Wow! Now there is a company that has my respect and attention- a definite
- advantage next time I am buying software. I love WinWord (although I could think of a few things I'd like changed),
- but this lack of support will make me think long and hard about feeding a company that big. They don't need my
- cash!

- Ideally a company(and this applies to all types of products or services), would use the knowledge and
- experiences of its customers to improve its product or service. A simple multiple choice type survey which can
- be compilied by machine to save costs. This would make us(the customer) feel wanted and respected. Think of the
- good rep we could spread for a company. Companies have a fixed number of employees in design but by using its
- customer base it could have a design staff of thousands for peanuts. It wouldn't be long before that company would
- take a lead and market share impossible to over take.
