- COLOSPGS is a VAX/VMS system, so the "send" command he uses is the VMS
- send command, which is more like the SENDFILE (or even PUNCH) command
- on CMS. The CMS (really CP) SEND command is unrelated to either. (Try
- HELP CP SEND for info.)

- The fact that Q RDR shows RSCS as the ORIGINID confirms that his mail
- is coming directly from RSCS to you without passing through MAILER.
- (Otherwise ORIGINID would be MAILER or whatever your DVM name is.)
