  18. You may call it cross cultural MIS-communication.... I have seen it
  19. happen in our U.S. courts where a witness is so thoroughly caught up
  20. in semantics by the defense attorney framing and reframing questions
  21. bringing about confusion to the witness....

  23. I repeat, I merely pointed out that I do not think we have a democracy
  24. and gave examples of the results of our system......to explain my
  25. point of view.  Similiarly, I gave examples of why I think our media
  26. (TV and major magazines) is biased, has a slant and that as a result of
  27. this, our people are not well informed enough to make choices that would
  28. reflect in a democracy....

  30. Instead of claiming that I have not shown any "warrants" or "evidence", and
  31. trying to cross examine, perhaps you and others who shoose to disagree
  32. should point out the reasons why you believe the U.S. is a
  33. democracy (because people cast votes) or that the media can be fair to those
  34. it earns a living from....
