  12. The matter of the separation of church and state takes many forms.
  13. Obviously, on what might be called the symbolic level, there seems not
  14. to be a separation of religion and the state.  Thus we have prayers
  15. at inaugurations, "In God we Trust" on our money, etc.

  17. However, being somewhat on the inside of a religious non-profit
  18. organization, I can assure you that the Internal Revenue Service,
  19. Immigration and Naturalization Service, and other governmental
  20. agencies clearly draws a legal line, and a religious institution
  21. had better stay on its own side.
