  20. just you and me, its a majority in the country...  Polls by CNN, TIME
  21. and ABC have shown this....  We now have elected a president who has stood fi
  22. on this issue....

  24. But we have created a system where very often the president cannot be
  25. blamed because the House and Senate will not pass the needed legislation..

  27. allow it to happen...
