  26. The Globe & Mail today carried a very similar story by their reporter in
  27. Mogadishu, Geoffrey York.  It mentions Conoco's "special representative"
  28. in Somalia "powerful 47-year-old businessman Osman Hassan Ali, who has
  29. connections to one of the country's biggest warlords."  There is lots
  30. of overlap with the LA Times article, but no mention of it.
