- The Globe & Mail today carried a very similar story by their reporter in
- Mogadishu, Geoffrey York. It mentions Conoco's "special representative"
- in Somalia "powerful 47-year-old businessman Osman Hassan Ali, who has
- connections to one of the country's biggest warlords." There is lots
- of overlap with the LA Times article, but no mention of it.
