  20. The biggest attraction of Raleigh is the home of -ggs, which is probably
  21. off-limits, unless the tc/sw is in the new Czech Republic, as she may
  22. well be, and a magnificent array of cemeteries on which -ggs is a living
  23. <authority>.  Asheville is a good choice, with an airport, or
  24. Boone, which has a nice convention center/hotel on a mountain overlookin
  25. g Appalachian State U., but nearest airport is an hour away and nearest
  26. large airport is Charlotte, about 2 1/2 hours.
  27. Actually, Raleigh is not bad, though it doesn't offer a lot of
  28. interesting stuff, it is three hours to the beach, three hours to the
  29. mountains, 4 1/2 to DC, has a good airport and is pretty but hot as
  30. hell in July, and the -ggs mansion has six bedrooms and a big front
  31. veranda for the mint juleps.
  32. Asheville is probably the most interesting choice, but I don't have
  33. connections there and I don't know if anyone does.  Boone I know and
  34. might be able to help with some arrangements.
  35. If it ends up anywhere in NC, my house is y'all's house on the way.
