  27.     I'm sure some of Will baby's words were made up from out of
  28. his imagination (which is not nothing, but his unique synthesis of his
  29. experiences), others were already out in the culture and he
  30. popularized them and spread them.  Other words are made up by several
  31. people at the same time -- they just leap out of a set of
  32. circumstances.  For example, the word "netiquette."  Chuq von Rospach
  33. wrote the original document explaining the very basics, and is given
  34. credit for making up the word, but I'm sure others came up with it at
  35. around the same time, and if Chuq were not around, someone else would
  36. have.
