- I've had it suggested to me that subscribing to WORDS-L could be comnsidered
- an abuse of resources because it breaks proper list etiquette by allowing
- use of the list for virtually personal conversation and in the process puts
- very undue strain on the systems of the subscribers. Supposedly personal
- conversations should happen between individuals through their own accounts,
- and not be broadcast to all members of the list.

- I pass this on as information, and not as a criticism on my part. WORDS-L
- is great intellectual exercise, even under all the mud wrestling, but
- its traffic is overwhelming.
