  20. I've had it suggested to me that subscribing to WORDS-L could be comnsidered
  21. an abuse of resources because it breaks proper list etiquette by allowing
  22. use of the list for virtually personal conversation and in the process puts
  23. very undue strain on the systems of the subscribers. Supposedly personal
  24. conversations should happen between individuals through their own accounts,
  25. and not be broadcast to all members of the list.

  27. I pass this on as information, and not as a criticism on my part. WORDS-L
  28. is great intellectual exercise, even under all the mud wrestling, but
  29. its traffic is overwhelming.
