  16. That isn't surprising.  I never heard of Indians being referred to as
  17. Asians until the Ugandan expulsions, when the refugees were referred
  18. to as 'Ugandan Asians'.  Before that, Asians had pretty much always
  19. meant people from Asia, ie Chinese.
