  13. It has been pissing me off for months now, on the list, all these
  14. turkeys saying something is "politically correct", and now someone
  15. whom I will not name is saying it about this piece of poetic text
  16. by Ms. Maya.  Saying that something is really "politically correct"
  17. is implying that the speaker is not sincere, but just trying to
  18. fit in with the currently acceptable ideology.  So, what it
  19. reveals is the ultra-conservative, reactionary mindset of the
  20. pompous ass making the statement.
  21. I say, and I am probably right, that it is possible to align
  22. oneself with the currently acceptable ideology because one
  23. believes it to be <right>, or <just> or <whatever>, and that
  24. does *not* make one an insincere doltrk trying one's best to
  25. be a ***today*** sort of guy/gal.
  26. SO, if I say Hello Ms. Maynor, I am recognizing that the person
  27. I am speaking to (our own beloved Natalie) is what she is whether
  28. she is *married* or *not*....
  29. If Maya sticks all this multiculturalist dogma into her poetry
  30. (if you want to call it poetry: I, myself, don't like it *at*
  31. *all*), it is perhaps maybe just by chance because she really,
  32. sincerely believes all that and you call-it-pc-if-it-offends-you
  33. folks can just pick your respective noses until you get your own
  34. kind back in the Casa Blanca.
  35. Having said that, I will go pack for my trip to Richmond, VA.
  36. Must watch the tc/sw *do* an opening of her Czech poster show.
