  13. I am running WinFax Pro (I believe ver 2.0) for Win31 on a Gateway with
  14. a Telepath 14.4 fax/modem.  I tried retrieving information from IBM Fax
  15. Information Service but haven't been successful.  I keep getting an
  16. error (Error 102) near the end of the transmission.

  18. Does anyone know why this happens?  And what exactly is Error 102?  I
  19. can't seem to find a description in the manual unless it is hidden in
  20. the manual somewhere.  Can anyone offer any assistance?  I hope the
  21. information contained here isn't too vague.
