  22. Is there a way to change the ICON of a running Windows process?
  23. Or perhaps a way to update the textual name which accompanies the
  24. ICON of a minimized process?

  26. Often times I will start a application in a DOS box which may
  27. need to stay around for a while.  Normally I will minimize the
  28. DOS box so I can come back to it later.  The problem is that the
  29. DOS box will display the MSDOS ICON which there may be more than
  30. one of by now.  The only way to find out which one is which is by
  31. restoring each of them one at a time.

  33. Yes, I know that by adding them to a group and running them from
  34. PM will allow a unique ICON, but this is not always practical.

  36. This is not a show stopping problem for me, but if there is an
  37. easy way to do this my life will become just ever-so-much nicer.
