  25. I would try  loading the Portuguese keyboard driver that came with WIndows,
  26. whis will give you the Brazilian characters you want in all Windows programs.
  27. These are ANSI characters, as opposed to the ASCII ones that run in DOS, which
  28. is why automatic transfer hasn't occurred.
