- Hey there...
-
-
- look, I've got a problem with a Trident Tvga 9000 graphic card. I DO have new
- drivers for windows 3.1 (i think they are still a beta release) and they do
- work greatly with a Trident 8900 card in 800x600, 256colors mode, but they
- don't seem to work correctly with a 9000 card. That seems strange to me,
- since in the documentation they say the drivers are for 8800, 8900 and 9000
- cards.
-
- Does anybody know why those 3.1 drivers don't work? The computer I am trying
- to install them is a 386, and the monitor is a "no-name" multisync.
- I can get perfect screen with 640x480, but as soon as I change into
- 800x600 the resolution gets REALLY poor! I don't think that's a monitor
- problem.
- Are the drivers wrong? If so, can someone be so kind to E-MAIL (..I do not
- have FTP access) a correct driver for 800x600, 256colors?
- If you don't think that it is the driver that creates the problem,
- where else can the problem be?
-
-
-
- Thanx,
-
-
- Christoph.
