  20. I have BC++ 3.0 + OWL AFX
  21. I have BC++ 3.1
  22. is there a patch for OWL 3.0 to work with BC3.1, I know that there is
  23. OWL 3.1 however, while waiting for them to be purchased I would like
  24. to use plain C API within my OWL applications,
  25. I know that Borland made a similar patch for Turbo Pascal for windows !
