  18. Some application is lying to you.  Windows 3.1 does not make use of the
  19. WINA20.386 file.  That was a patch for DOS 5.0 with Windows 3.0.

  21. Probably you are running a 3.0 compatible video driver which is
  22. searching for WINA20.386.  I would recommend finding a 3.1 compatible
  23. video driver, since that also adds extra features (like font-change in
  24. DOS boxes).
