- Some application is lying to you. Windows 3.1 does not make use of the
- WINA20.386 file. That was a patch for DOS 5.0 with Windows 3.0.

- Probably you are running a 3.0 compatible video driver which is
- searching for WINA20.386. I would recommend finding a 3.1 compatible
- video driver, since that also adds extra features (like font-change in
- DOS boxes).
