  19. No. But it is possible to use Packet_Driver Apps over NDIS (WFWG drivers).
  20.     You need a special Packet Driver over NDIS module called DIS_PKT.GUP.
  21.     I think the latest version is in a file called DIS_PKT9.??? on various 
  22.     servers.
