  13. OK...I'll see your emails and raise you a tcon, specificaly one on SEDS
  14. Haven on Saturday January 30...a sort of "Constitutional Congress" if you will.
  15. The one thing that I ask the eboard to do though is develop a consensus
  16. that we need to modify the constitution between now and January 30.  I'm
  17. not 100% convinced that it will be a solution to our problems, but I
  18. think that for 501C3 we need to make some chnages.  But by-Laws may
  19. suffice.  So put me down as ...not opposed (abstaining?). for now.
