  19. I remember reading through this mailing list that some of you use/used SAS
  20. to develop in-house programs to handle problem tracking for your help desk.
  21.  I need to talk with those of you who are knowledgeable about this subject,
  22. to find out what SAS modules that you used because we are also thinking
  23. about developing something in SAS.  Also if anyone is interested in sharing
  24. code/designs/ideas with us, we'd be more than happy to discuss those
  25. options.
