- Subject: HPGL driver for SAS/PC 6.04 and HP LJ IIIp

- SAS has written a procedure for creating a driver to use with HP
- LaserJet III printers under versions 6.03/6.04 of SAS/Graph software.
- The technical note to create this driver is on the SAS ftp site.
-
-
- Has anyone gotten this driver to work successfully? How about with
- an HP LJIIIp printer? The driver is designed to print graphics using
- the optional HP graphics plotter language (HPGL) rather than the
- default PCL5 printer language. It doesn't work on my printer:
- sometimes nothing prints at all, other times just gibberish. I
- called SAS tech support and got someone who really wasn't familiar
- with the situation and was essentially no help.
-
- Thanks in advance.
