  18. Normally, the same way you sign on, by mailing listserv@ncsuvm with
  19. the message unsub relusr-l (or by sending that as an interactive
  20. message...however, I just tried to set myself nomail and listserv says
  21. the list has been locked by the owner since 16-jan, so right now, no-one
  22. can subscribe, unsubscribe or reset their parameters. I've mailed
  23. postmaster@ncsuvm asking them to unlock the list.
