- This has the advantages of being understood by most native North
- Americans, being reasonably easy to judge violations, and still allow a
- great deal of flexibility for the users. Note that "intent" enters into
- it - consider that Dr. Ruth discussing something would almost certainly
- be allowed, but the average low-budget skin-flik showing it would not be
- allowed. Also note that creative use of the English language is
- encouraged - it is amazing what (for instance) "Married with Children"
- or "The Golden Girls" gets away with....
