- So you can talk on a "hidden" channel for something serious and not be
- interrupted by /msg's from people who see you on a /names. Makes it a
- lot easier to use RELAY for academic conferences, etc.

- In Relay V2.06, you need to be "class 3" or better. In V2.07, all users
- will be able to use them. Note that currently only RELAY@VTVM2 has the code
- enabled to do this - I expect to be shipping a test copy to several other
- sites in the near future (a week or so)...
