  22. Evidently, the material I have says that both nominator and nominee must
  23. be student affiliates of APA (members of APAGS).  APS is a different org.
  24. all together.  I would like to more synergy between the two in the future,
  25. BTW.  It's a shame that APA does not give people who opt for APS the support
  26. they need.
