  18. Phillip, I've been out of town for several days and am catching up on the
  19. gang discussion which I see is coming to an end.  Your comment is an interesting
  20. one and a point of view I haven't heard raised with regards to gang behavior
  21. possibly being more akin to tribal behavior.  On the other hand I often hear
  22. the other argument you posed about psychoanalytic theory being eurocentric and
  23. therefore invalid in its application to the Black community.  I'll have to
  24. chew on this for a while and see how the two points come together for me.
