- We're talking about the folks who do "do want strychnine in their
- coffee". What should we do about that? I say nothing. KAT wants
- someone to get clubbed over this. It's a difference in values.

- KAT is assuming that the lethality does not depend on exposure levels.
- The 3k is overwhelmingly people who voluntarily live with smokers or
- associate with them to make a buck. Their voluntary risk has little
- to do with KAT's risk.

- EVERYTHING kills, so only the dead are safe. However, few things are
- dangerous enough for rational people to worry about. We don't have
- the resources to piss-away on every "risk" that gets some fool excited
- and we certainly don't need to club someone for that reason.
