  20.         Should have slipped an (IMO) in there.  Of course now that Jay is back
  21. I can't use channeling as an excuse :).

  23.         IMO, the WPA is unconstitutional because it interferes with the CinC
  24. role of the president.  Analogous to a legislative veto of the prez's CinC
  25. powers.  Since the prez is the *the* CinC, there are no constitutionally
  26. correct :) ways to overrule him in that arena.

  28.         The last thing we need is someone like Pat Schroeder trying to judge
  29. military strategy.
