  24. I don't know if Innosoft is aware of this, but here's something a friend of mine
  25.  
  26. told me.  He works for a government financial authority, and a while ago they
  27. were looking around for electronic mail systems.  They considered PMDF, but had
  28. to reject it because it does not include a Telex interface.

  30. Apparently, FAX is not a legally acceptable means of communicating financial
  31. information, because of problems with authentication, so they have to use Telex
  32. instead.  If PMDF had Telex, they would probably have purchased it.  Perhaps
  33. there's a whole market that Innosoft are missing out on?
