- Jim: It sounds like what is happening is you are pasting or importing the
- graphic element into a text block. PM then view it as an "in-line
- graphicc" and won't let you freely move it on the page. Solutions:
- - get the arrow tool and select the graphic and choose cut from the edit
- menu. this should remove the graphic from the text block. Ensure that
- there are no text blocks slected and you do not have a cursor flashing
- anywhere, then paste. This will paste the graphic outside the text block
- and allow you to move it around.

- - when you import a graphic, make sure the radio buttons have "import as
- independent graphic" checked, and not "import as in-line graphic." This
- will dissallow PM from putting the graphic within the text block.
