  30.     My recollection is that you have to fix it when you call up the
  31. incompleted invoices or unapproved invoices because to "done" or
  32. approve you must have a year in there or the system refuses to take
  33. the command. Now if the invoice is already approved there is no
  34. problem, and you couldn't fix it anyway after it is approved. I may
  35. be wrong, but I know if you want to change a payment you have to
  36. fix it. I can get Glinda to go pull some old vouchers and look and
  37. see if there are any that we did not change because we did not need
  38. to change a payment, but I'd need a date of conversion so we would
  39. know where to look. Actually the more I think about it, the more I
  40. recall: you can't fix just the fy dates, you have to rekey the prices
  41. and let the system insert the fy into the 00/00, so we probably did
  42. not fix all of them, just those we needed to touch, unless it did
  43. refuse to let us approve them. Can you give me a date it was done and
  44. I can check?
