  12. I assumed this was a "feature," not a "bug," and that NOTIS was including
  13. oversize designators on purpose. We patched things up to ignore letters at
  14. the start of Dewey numbers, and also remove such letters if input at the
  15. start of Dewey search terms in the OPAC.
