  17.    The STAFFGOV list is intended to allow discussions about Staff
  18.    Governance in Higher Education.  Groups such as staff (rather than
  19.    faculty) senates, councils, etc.  as well as general staff
  20.    participation in college or university governance will be discussed.
  21.    Staff is defined loosely as "non-faculty and non-student" although
  22.    there are obviously cases of overlap (ie. student employees).
