  13. Thank you for the response to my query about finding Sandor, a 15
  14. year old Hungarian boy a place to stay in America.  Two families
  15. have offered to take him in and Sandor is deciding now with whom
  16. he will stay.

  18. Another Hungarian from eastern Slovakia, who is scheduled to
  19. graduate from the gymnasium in June 1993 is now contemplating
  20. whether to attend college in the United States.  Peter visited
  21. our family last summer and had the opportunity to become well
  22. acquainted with America.  His knowledge of English is very good;
  23. at times he teaches his English teacher at school.
  24.  
  25. I have offered to fly Peter to America this summer so he can
  26. either attend high school for a year or start community college.
  27. My parents are in a situation which makes it difficult to provide
  28. him accommodation with them.  Once again, I appeal to the
  29. discussion group if either anyone here is willing or knows anyone
  30. who would be able to provide him a place to stay.

  32. In addition to being proficient in English, he also races
  33. bicycles, plays the piano, and has demonstrated initiative in
  34. taking on projects; he wrote many of the skits for his gymnasium
  35. class's ribbon ceremony which took place last month.
  36.
